Crioch Industries – Welding
Quality you can rely on
Prevent weld splatter from burning in during MIG / MAG welding and Laser cutting with the Bio Chem water based welding protection sprays.
Our welding sprays are stable one phase emulsions. In storage the active ingredients will not separate, so you do not have to shake the bottles or cans. They remain stable for their entire shelf life, of at least one year of frost proof storage, and require no stirring. Therefore they are also available in cost effective 200 litre drums, or 1000 litre IBC’s.
The Bio Chem welding sprays are ready for use. Just take the spray bottle off the shelf, spray it on, weld and wipe it off – finished! No time consuming mixing of a separating agent from concentrate, and no variations in quality due to to too much or too little concentrate.
Prevent weld splatter from building up on the system nozzle whether manual or automatic welding with the range of protection solutions, gels, and sprays.
With automatic welding it is important to maintain an interruption free workflow. By using Bio Chem E-Weld Rob the welding nozzle is protected from weld splatter by the thin protective film, even in high ampere values and at high temperatures.
With the manual welding the protection of the weld nozzle is just as important as valuable time is lost, not to mention cost, having to change weld nozzles over during the welding process. Bio Chem offer the both the E-Weld gel and the E-Weld Nozzle products for this sector.
The E-Weld Gel offers an odourless, economical and silicon free nozzle lubricant which builds and protective film on the flow and gas nozzle preventing the burning in of weld splatter.
The E-Weld nozzle is our latest development in this sector offering a high performance protection spray featuring an inorganic formula which is sprayed on thinly to the current contact tube and the nozzle. Additionally this is suited in the laser and plasma cutting sectors. The spray dries within seconds and features excellent protection properties offering up to eight hours or nozzle protection making it both very economical but also significant in the reduction of downtime.
The Autrasys Delivery System
Where your weld protection requirement is to regularly cover large areas, as would be the case in an automatic welding system with manually loaded production jigs, the air driven Autrasys system allows for the easy and consistent application of the e-weld range of anti-splatter solutions direct from a 30 litre jerrycan , 200 litre drum, or 1000 litre IBC.
